We’re a small family in Vancouver. It started the usual way. We wanted a picture book that actually starred the kid we read to every night, and nothing on the shelf came close. So we made one, then made it easy enough that other families could too.

We use AI to draw and write the stories. The point was never the technology. The point is a book worth keeping on the shelf for years. You see the character, the cover, and the first pages free, before you decide anything, and the hardcover only prints after you approve it.
