What we collect

tinyshelf collects parent account details, book prompts, uploaded child photos or reference images, generated book files, checkout details, support messages, device/app diagnostics, and subscription status.

How we use it

We use this data to create and deliver books, provide digital reading access, verify Readers Club membership, support hardcover orders, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to parent requests.

Payments

iOS Readers Club subscriptions are processed by Apple in-app purchase. Physical hardcover checkout is processed by Stripe or its supported wallet providers because the hardcover is a physical good.

Child photos

Child photos and draft assets are stored privately while we create, print, support, and troubleshoot a book. We do not sell child photos, and tinyshelf does not use them to train its own models. Parents can request deletion of uploaded photos, drafts, or books by contacting support.

Sharing

Finished books are reachable through unlisted reader links; anyone you give a link to can view that book. Service providers such as hosting, storage, payment, email, analytics, and AI generation vendors process data only as needed to provide the service.
