Refund and Print Policy

Hardcover orders

The preview is free. If you continue the full hardcover, Stripe charges the order total at checkout so we can generate the complete book. We do not print or ship until you approve the finished pages.

24-hour refund window

You can request a full refund within 24 hours after checkout, before the book is approved for print. Email hello@tinyshelf.app from the order email and we will refund the Stripe payment manually.

Damaged or incorrect books

If a hardcover arrives damaged, materially misprinted, or materially different from the approved book, contact support with the order email and photos. We will reprint or refund when the issue is confirmed.
