TinyShelf affiliate terms

These terms cover the TinyShelf web-store affiliate program. By joining, you agree to these terms and our website terms and privacy policy.

Joining and your account

You must be at least 18, use your own account with a verified primary email, and provide an accurate name, public sharing profile or website, and PayPal email. Joining is free and does not require a purchase or a minimum audience. Your account starts active when you accept these terms. Keep account and payout details accurate. You participate independently and cannot make commitments on TinyShelf’s behalf.

Commission and attribution

You earn 15% of the product revenue actually collected on qualifying one-time purchases through your link on the TinyShelf web store. Books, extra printed copies, and product add-ons qualify. Discounts reduce the commission base. Tax, delivery, delivery upgrades, free orders, App Store purchases, and subscriptions do not qualify. Commissions are rounded down to the nearest minor currency unit for each payment.

Your referral cookie lasts 30 days from a click. The most recent valid TinyShelf affiliate referral in the same browser gets credit. Purchases within the window can qualify, including repeat purchases. A cleared or blocked cookie, a different device, or an expired window may prevent attribution. We do not retroactively reassign sales.

Your own purchases do not qualify. We may exclude fraudulent transactions, collusive referrals, or transactions with manipulated attribution. Link visits are counts of visits, not verified unique people or guaranteed sales.

Refunds, holds, and payouts

Commissions remain pending for 30 days after payment. Partial refunds reduce the commission proportionally to the refunded portion of the payment; full refunds remove it. Disputed payments earn no available commission while disputed or if the dispute is lost. A won dispute can restore the commission.

You may request a payout when cleared, unreserved earnings reach 25.00 in an earned currency. Each currency is tracked and paid separately. TinyShelf reviews requests and sends approved payments manually to the PayPal email saved when the request was made. A payout request is not an automatic bank transfer. Your dashboard records requested, paid, and rejected requests. Contact hello@tinyshelf.app about delays or corrections.

Refunds, reversals, or fraud found after payment reduce future earnings and may leave a negative balance. You cannot request another payout until the balance again meets the threshold. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and for PayPal eligibility in your country. If payment or required recipient information cannot be verified, we may hold the request and contact you for correction.

How to share

Be honest about the books and your relationship with TinyShelf. Disclose clearly near every affiliate link that you earn a commission. For video, make the disclosure in the video and near the link. A useful example: “I earn a commission if you buy through my link, at no extra cost to you.” Do not imply that you personally used a product if you have not.

Use organic recommendations only. No unsolicited bulk messages, paid advertising, trademark bidding, misleading discounts, coupon-site distribution, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, fake purchases, impersonation, or prohibited or unlawful content. An affiliate link is not a discount code. Share only content and images you have permission to use, and obtain appropriate permission before sharing someone’s photo or a child’s image.

Program changes and leaving

We may pause or end participation for misuse, inaccurate information, or operational reasons, with a reason available on request. Fraudulent earnings may be removed. Valid earned commissions remain subject to refund checks and payout terms. Email hello@tinyshelf.app to close your account or request a final balance review, including a balance below the ordinary payout threshold. Program changes apply prospectively; purchases already credited retain the rate agreed at the time of purchase.

Your information

We store your account identity, contact and payout details, accepted terms version, referral visits, referred payment identifiers, commissions, and payout history to operate the program. Affiliates receive sales and commission totals without customer names, child information, photos, or shipping addresses. Referral tracking uses a signed first-party cookie.
